Pliva Waterfall is located in the town of Jajce in central Bosnia, where the river Pliva plunges into the river Vrbas. Pliva was 30 metres high, but after an earthquake during the Bosnian war, it now stands at a modest 20 metres. The river is the only one in the world that finishes by waterfall in the centre of a city.
