    M-Bam River falls Cameroun stamp


    Postal department of Cameroun was issues a set of seven M-Bam falls river waterfall (M-Bam falls) definitive stamps on 12th June 1939.

    The M'Bam river falls situated near the town Banyo, Dorsale Camerounaise region, Cameroun.

    The waterfall originated from the Sanaga River.

    The denomination of the stamps are 25c, 30c, 40c, 45c, 50c, 60c. The stamps issued for the regular postage till the year 1940.  "White Wove Un watermark Paper",  used for printing the postage stamp, 13.0 x 13.0 is the  perforation of the stamps and the type of printing was Engraved Printing. The waterfall stamps designed and engraved by Henry Cheffer and it was printed by the company "Institute de Gravure, Paris"
